Terms of Use for Staff App

Welcome to the Sachde Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Staff Attendance & Task Management Application. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Authorized Use

This App is strictly for the internal use of current employees of Sachde Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized access, distribution of login credentials, or use by non-employees is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Accuracy of Information

As an employee, you agree that:

• All attendance data (Check-in/Check-out) marked by you is accurate and truthful.
• You will not attempt to manipulate the GPS location or "spoof" your presence at a work site.
• Task reports (Images/Audio) uploaded are genuine and represent actual work done.

3. Face Recognition & Anti-Fraud

The App utilizes facial recognition technology to verify your identity. You acknowledge that:

• Attempting to use photographs, videos, or masks to bypass the facial recognition system ("Buddy Punching") is a serious disciplinary offense.
• Such actions may lead to immediate termination of employment.

4. Device Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials. If you lose your device, you must report it to the HR department immediately to prevent unauthorized access to company data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software code within this App are the property of Sachde Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App solely for your employment duties.

6. Termination

Your access to the App will be revoked immediately upon the termination of your employment with Sachde Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Any company data remaining on your personal device must be deleted upon exit.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
